Flow Mobile Surveying was founded by Paul and David King, two brothers in Newcastle. Our SAAS product helps surveyors turnaround reports faster. We have 50 clients in 3 countries and we’re growing. Our customers really like us; just take a peek at our testimonials.

Our vision for the company is to be the Webflow for industrial documents. We need you to help us reach the next milestone for our company. As Technical Support Lead you’ll build rapport with our clients and will gain a deep understanding of our product.

Some of what you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for onboarding clients, setting up their templates and making sure they get the most out of the system. A big part of the job is talking to clients and keeping them happy. You’ll need to absorb a few niche skills from Paul and David to be successful; we’re excited to teach you!

Our product uses “templates” that let clients collect on-site inspection data and create reports in a way that’s unique to their business. You’ll work with clients to customise templates to match their business processes.

Your time will be divided between talking to customers and developing templates.

The best businesses listen to their customers and understand their needs. They’re constantly learning and improving their product. That’s our goal too!

Having some technical aptitude is a must.

Specific frontend skills are helpful; HTML, CSS and Javascript. The right candidate will be able to pick these up quickly.

You’ll build rapport with clients to understand their needs, and communicate any desires or frustrations back to the management team to help us build a world-class product.

We’ll be hiring based on good customer service and a friendly, positive attitude. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner and flexible. 

As a small company, we’re constantly developing better tools and processes. So your role will change over time as we improve our systems, and you’ll need to adapt.
