In some industries (e.g. asbestos air testing or fire risk assessments), it's convenient to issue client reports on-site, rather than waiting until you're back at the office. Issuing reports instantly allows contractors to continue their work without any delays.
You can use the Mobile App to preview, generate, and share the final PDF version of your reports.
1. Navigate to the report you want to download.
2. Select the layout you wish to use from the drop-down box.
3. Tap the Options button and choose View Report.
Note: Tapping Copy URL will save the report link to your clipboard so it can easily be shared.
4. The report will open in your devices browser.
5. Tap Download PDF to save a copy of the report to your device.
Note: Mobile device browsers are not the best at displaying full size PDF files so you may need to scroll to the right to see the Download PDF option.
