Yes, the mobile app is designed to work on any modern iOS or Android phone or tablet device. Internally, we develop on phones but we understand many surveyors still prefer tablets because of the perception it gives clients.
Yes, any modern device. However, some older devices may not meet our prerequisites; these include accessing the Google Play or iOS App Stores (some cheap tablets don't allow this) and having a high enough operating system. See our knowledge base for details.
Yes, nothing stops you from installing the mobile app on multiple devices. This is pretty normal, as you might have your primary work device and a backup device. We recommend not license sharing, though, as this can cause data upload issues and the audit history won't be correct.
You can download and install the mobile app without a company account. However, you won't be able to log in and do any surveying work without an account. Contact our support team for details on how to set up a new account.
