Before the survey starts, you'll need to create a new report using the Mobile App or Dashboard. This empty report will be your starting point as you carry out the on-site survey.
This article explains how to create reports on the Mobile App.
1. Open the Mobile App.
2. Navigate to the Job screen.
3. Tap Add Report.
4. Select the required report template - The report will be added to the job and automatically opened.
To create a report before going on-site, you can use the Add Report option on the Dashboard.
