Use the local search feature to find inspection items on the Mobile App.
If you need to find a specific inspection record, you don't want to have to trawl through every item manually to find it.
You can use the search feature to find all inspection records containing a specific keyword, then quickly navigate from one match to the next.
1. Within the Inspection list tap the search icon.
Tip: Search is most commonly used in Inspection, but is available in all sections where multiple items can be added.
2. Type your search query.
3. Tap the up/down arrows to cycle through results.
Tip: Search looks at all fields within the record, not only the ones you can see in the list.
