When the Mobile App has been offline for an extended period, images may take longer than usual to sync with the Dashboard. As a result, you may notice missing images on your reports or images that appear stuck on the Media Uploads page of the Mobile App.
1. Log in to the Mobile App.
2. Tap the Menu Icon.
3. Tap Media Uploads.
4. Tap the Refresh Icon.
After you tap the refresh icon — and assuming you have an internet connection — the Mobile App will start uploading the images.
