Notes can be added when creating a job on the Dashboard, and must be added when Creating Draft Jobs on the Mobile App. Notes can be used to store important information about the job, such as the type of work, building access information, or on-site instructions.
Job Notes can be viewed wherever you see the Job Card - On the Jobs list, Job Reports screen, and Report Details screen.
After viewing the Job Note it can be dismissed by tapping the OK button.
Notes can be added when creating the job, or added and edited in the Edit Job screen.
Notes are always visible, along with other job details, within the job itself.
