Have your bank details recently expired or changed?
If so, you'll need to update your billing details. Otherwise, your Flow Mobile Surveying subscription will be automatically cancelled when your next payment fails.
1. Log in to the Dashboard.
2. Click on Billing.
💡 The Billing page is only available to 'Admin' users. Learn more about User Permissions.
3. Click on Change Payment Method.
Alternatively, you can share your billing link with whoever is responsible for managing payments within your company.
4. On the Billing page, select either Card or Bacs Direct Debit
5. Complete and Save the form.
Billing details can be updated from the "Billing" section of the dashboard by an Admin user.
Once updated, subsequent payments will be automatically taken from the new payment method.
